I have been a customer of Romatec for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, their prices are a bit high compared to other similar companies. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes I feel like they could be more knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I would say Romatec is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
