Got back my develop, print and scan today. Except ...

Got back my develop, print and scan today. Except there was no scan. She said there must have been a communication issue, which I find very hard to believe. They also cut the negative, so to scan it now would cost me six times as much as they charge by the strip. In my opinion they should pay for their mistakes, not me. Very unprofessional.
