This is the worst experience we've ever had here. The new nutrition services policy is awful! Bringing whatever the kitchen decides to cook that day is a major fail. When we told the nutrition services delivery person or the nurse the meal sent up was not acceptable the answer we were given was "call 8123 and let them know you want something different." So we did that and it an hour and a half to get the replacement tray. I ended up leaving the hospital to purchase my husband a meal he would eat.
