When I arrive I stood at the door for over 10min trying to open it. They had it locked due to covid which is fine but how do you not let the guest in. I had to wait for someone to exit for me to enter. The lobby was not full on 3 people awaiting service. I had the chance to be serviced by Marianna who is the manager with the most lackluster disposition. I advised her that my room should have had a balcony. And instead of trying to help she didnt even attempt to look ta her computer to find me the room to suit my needs. I felt dismissed and u appreciated as a client.I am disappointed at the way I was handled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
