😃 My experience at the Swiss Hospitality Summer Academy was amazing! The program was well-structured and provided a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry. The trainers were enthusiastic and made the classes interactive and engaging. I particularly enjoyed the sessions on customer service and communication skills. The academy also offered a great networking platform, allowing us to connect with industry professionals. The location of the academy in Switzerland provided a beautiful backdrop for the learning experience. I highly recommend it!
