Emerald has serviced our home twice now for plumbing issues/concerns. Our home is now 90 years old, and can be a bit tricky when it comes to understanding its quirks. Each time Emerald has helped with our home, we have walked away having a better understanding of the full functionality of our home. They are immediate in their response, and very helpful when evaluating a problem. We had a toilet installed a few years ago, and recently had pipe leak under our sink. Emerald (Ian and Joel) quickly responded to our leak today, not only repaired the leak, but extended that extra effort that proves that a great company is only as good as its employees. I would recommend Emerald to everyone and wouldn't question to call them next time we need our plumbing questions/concerns answered.
