Each time I call, I must sit through 5 min of menu...

Each time I call, I must sit through 5 min of menus and recordings (I watch the time so that's not an exaggeration) to try to get through to someone. This morning at the 5 min mark, the call dropped. Luckily, they will call you back for long wait times. But last time, the call came 2 hours after I called, so of course I wasn't hanging by my phone any more.
I just typed an e-mail to customer service advocate, and clicked to submit and the page closed so now I don't know if it submitted. I had to retype and submit.

Pressing 0 will not help you. You will enter the loan info and zip code multiple times before you're done. Then when you talk to someone you will say the same info to verify your account. It's 5 minutes of menus that is completely pointless. Each time you call.
