Terrible service. Sold me a batter that died month...

Terrible service. Sold me a batter that died months later and won't even hold a charge. Couldn't get a response over email at first. When they finally get back to me they respond with "we already responded to you" Zero people skills and don't know how to talk to customers. Never got this alleged response.

I called and they said they would order the battery and ship it out. Waited two weeks so I reach out and they respond with "battery is no longer available sorry refunded you" Thanks for letting me know. I've been waiting for nothing. They absolutely do not care. Awful company.
