I have been using Optraffic co., ltd. for several years now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the sign designs are neat. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time could be faster and sometimes the representatives are not very helpful. Overall, it's an okay experience.
