My mother was in the rehabilitation center for 13 days. To make a long story short - the social worker would never return my calls - the office manager, Tracy, was rude and never bothered to call me back with important insurance information like she said she would - the staff had my mother sign important papers regarding charges that would not be covered by insurance, even though she was suffering from severe short term memory loss and was very confused from a concussion that she suffered and never should have been signing paperwork - the dining area was closed down the entire time she was there - overall a bad experience. The nurses, nursing assistants and physical therapists were all awesome, friendly and professional. The "office" people were the ones that need major improvement. To have to leave a loved one in a home that won't return your calls and can't tell you whether the insurance is covering their stay there is unacceptable.
