I have used this company for the last 6 months radios work great for the 1st week the service was great for the 1st week after that our sales person Tim once he got payment never followed up on anything have had repeated problems call the office Get the same excuse every time the owners out on medical leave now hes out of town for the holidays There is absolutely no customer service I can attach photos of multiple emails trying to reach out to this company everything is ignored very disrespectful staff..
