The service provided by FloorGem Services, Inc. was average at best. I expected more from a company that claims to be experts in their field. The quality of work was just okay, nothing exceptional. The technicians were professional and arrived on time, but the end result was not quite up to my expectations. I would give them a rating of 2 out of 5.
