I am a CUSTOMER and I have to say that the experience with Dfns was average. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and the product selection was decent. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was not very secure. Overall, I would give Dfns a 3 out of 5 stars.
