I have been attending Powerhouse Pilates for a while now, and I must say it is a fantastic place to work out. The instructors are knowledgeable and make the classes enjoyable. The studio is spacious and well-equipped. The exercises are challenging but doable. I have noticed a significant improvement in my core strength and flexibility since I started. I highly recommend Powerhouse Pilates to anyone looking for a great workout!
