The service provided by Franco Rossi, Jr, O D, PC was average. I visited their clinic last week for an eye check-up and overall, the experience was okay. The staff were friendly and the waiting time was reasonable. However, I felt that the optometrist could have been more thorough in their examination. They seemed a bit rushed and didn't take the time to explain certain things properly. I would say it was an average experience.
