I had a mixed experience with Mega Sea Shipping LLC. While they have competitive prices and deliver on time, I found their customer service to be lacking in professionalism. There were times when my queries were not answered promptly, and the representatives seemed disinterested. Overall, they get the job done, but I expected better.
