The worst experience I've ever experienced as a customer!

MASS is the embodiment of the worst thing that relates to the attitude towards the sales of Serbian sellers. Unpleasant, unprofessional, have nothing exposed, they can not help.

It's completely shocking that this store exists in this form at all. I get a better service in a local snack or barbecue.

When you enter the shop, you realize that they do not actually have anything exposed so that you can not see anything and read, but you have to look for everything from the seller.

And the seller sees himself as a czar who decides whether to remove someone or pardon him. The character who sits behind the table with his title (sales manager) and looks at you as if you were a homeless person who was dumbfounded. Every question you ask him will get you a first turning around your eyes. Then there is a compelling answer that gives you the knowledge that he is very clever and expert and that he does not have time to explain to you the things about the products he sells. If you do not know anything by coming to him at all, the ruler of the MASS universe ??

Then you have to decide what to buy, even if you have not seen this product live, then it as a ruler makes that important call to get you out of the office besides what you need. He's acting all the time like he's doing you a favor. And he looks at you suspiciously as if he were looking for you money in advance, not to steal anything from him.

When things finally come to you from another room, they are transferred to a retailer at the box office. And she does not like what you would like to see what you are buying. It also can not show you the list of things you are buying. He says you have to pay to get the list. And the ruler can not show you the list because he has already moved to the next order.

So these people show the primordial intolerance towards the inventory. They would just get in, pay you thousands of dinars, and come out without any questions.

It is a complete shame that such good brands are working with such a bad company that it represents in Serbia.

I hope that they will understand one by one with the kind of smokers who have a job and find other distributors.
