I had a mixed experience with Allston Brighton CDC. Some aspects of their service were great, while others left much to be desired. Overall, I would rate them as average. Their website, allstonbrightoncdc.org, is user-friendly and provides helpful information about the services they offer. However, I found their response time to be slower than expected. It took several days for them to address my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, their customer support could be more knowledgeable and efficient. While they were polite, they often struggled to provide satisfactory solutions. In contrast, their community outreach programs are excellent. They truly make a positive impact in the Allston Brighton area, promoting sustainable development and advocating for the needs of the community. Despite the inconsistencies, I appreciate the work they do and their commitment to improving the neighborhood.
