I've been attending martial arts classes at Frohms for a few months now and I'm really impressed with the quality of instruction. The instructors are skilled and attentive, providing helpful feedback to improve technique. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I've never felt judged or out of place. The classes are challenging but also fun and engaging. I appreciate the focus on practical self-defense and the emphasis on personal growth. Frohms Martial Arts is definitely a great place to train!
