Trip&Safe is an average company. They have some good features, but overall, there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable when I did get a response. The rates were competitive, but I expected better service for the price. I would consider using Trip&Safe again in the future if they address these issues.
