I have been using NCT services for the last six months and I must say they are just average. While their prices are competitive, their customer service can be quite frustrating. It takes them forever to respond to queries and resolve any issues. On the other hand, their technical expertise is commendable. They have helped me troubleshoot several network problems. Overall, an average experience.
