I recently hired a digital marketing agency to help improve my website's SEO. The agency I worked with was able to optimize my website effectively and implement a solid SEO strategy. While the results were positive, I felt that their communication could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates or clarify certain aspects of the project.
