Therayoga is a wonderful studio, and I am so grateful to have found it. The teachers are truly dedicated to their craft and it shows in their instruction. The classes are challenging, but accessible, and I always leave feeling invigorated and centered. The studio itself is clean and welcoming, creating a peaceful space to practice yoga. I highly recommend Therayoga to anyone looking to deepen their practice.
