Frum is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there are areas where they could improve, such as their customer support. I had an issue with one of their products and it took them quite a while to resolve it. Overall, a decent experience.
