I would rate this place anything less than 1. I was here for Optician appointment which was scheduled for 11 AM for my son and 11.15 for myself. I have seen 3 patients sent ahead of us and when I asked the nurse she says I am sorry I did not see your paper!!! Lying to my face.....no one bothered to inform me that others are being sent ahead of.........how come someone elses time is more important than mine??? Racism even in an Hospital is just deplorable....what is even more shocking is that the nurses are ready to fight when u Complain. Just pathetic how inhuman these medical facilities can be.
