Actually I expected to find a more authentic flavor. It wasn't bad, but it didn't have that flavor that it provided in Colombia. The ingredients may not be of the same quality, because I understand that in Madrid some things are not so easily achieved.
Who knows, it may also be that the good comments of some friends set the bar very high and I thought I would find those flavors that made my palate fall in love.
The attention is good and it is a good place to eat the prices are good.
The only bad thing is that I imagine something that I think I will not get in Madrid.
