Cross County Savings Bank is an average bank. I have been a customer for a few years now and overall I am satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is easy to use and navigate. The customer service representatives are polite and helpful. However, I have encountered some issues with their mobile app. It is not very user-friendly and sometimes it crashes. I hope they can improve it in the future.
