I recently purchased a product from Lumer & Neville and I must say that my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the product I received was not as expected. The quality was not up to par and there were a few damages. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to address my concerns and offered a refund.
