I am a CUSTOMER and I have been shopping at Smokers City for several years. Overall, I would rate the company as average. The selection of products is good and the prices are reasonable. However, I have noticed that the customer service could be improved. The staff can be a bit rude and unhelpful at times. Despite this, I still shop there because of the convenience and variety of options.
