I have been using the public transportation system in this city for a while now. The buses are usually reliable and convenient. The drivers are polite and helpful. However, there are sometimes delays, especially during rush hours. The mobile app is useful for checking bus schedules and planning my journey. It would be great if they could improve the frequency of buses during busy times.
