I have been banking with First bank of muleshoe for several years now and overall, my experience has been pretty good. The online banking is easy to use and navigate, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to do most of my banking from home. The customer service is also excellent, always friendly and helpful whenever I have had any questions or issues. The interest rates on their savings accounts could be a bit higher, but that seems to be the case with most banks these days. Overall, I would rate First bank of muleshoe as average.
