Absolutely terrible shopping experience. After 15 minutes of entering info and setting up an account just to see how much shipping cost (which wasn't bad), website won't process my order, says to call customer service. I spent another 15 minutes re-telling my info over the phone and being put on hold for long periods of time. They couldn't process my order over the phone either. After the third hold I gave up, 30 min later. Almost an hour wasted for nothing.

They also sent coupon incentives to complete my abandoned order, but the items aren't even eligible.

The customer service rep was very nice though, no problems there.
