Clint checked me in and was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed during the day and notified me when the job was completed. While inquiring about an additional purchase, I spoke with Leslie a few days later and expressed disappointment that the minor repair was not covered under the extended warranty I purchased with the truck. He inquired and found that it was and would be refunded that portion of the service. I'd made an assumption that my warranty information was attached to my purchase file and would come up automatically during service visits. I appreciate being able to have complete trust in Leslie and the Courtesy team and remain committed to calling upon them for all of my future purchases.
