I recently had experience with a custom home building company and while it was not outstanding, it was an average experience overall. The company's website, chastehomes.com, provided a clear overview of their services and previous projects, which I found helpful in making my decision. The staff were polite and professional, but not particularly memorable. The custom home they built for me was satisfactory, meeting my basic needs and fulfilling my design preferences. However, there were some minor issues with the construction process and communication could have been more efficient. I appreciate the effort put into my home, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and timeliness. Overall, I am neither extremely impressed nor disappointed with the service provided by this company.
