👍👎 I recently came across a property management company while searching for assistance in managing my rental property. I decided to give it a try based on their website. Unfortunately, my experience was average. The company website was easy to navigate and provided information about their services. However, the communication with the team was inconsistent, causing delays in addressing my property issues. The maintenance team was responsive but had difficulty resolving some complex repair issues. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and they offered a range of services. Nevertheless, I felt like there was room for improvement in terms of customer service and problem-solving skills. Overall, an average experience. 😐
