I recently purchased a product from Blackdot.ca and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, but the product quality was just okay. I expected better considering the price I paid. The customer service was friendly and responsive, but it didn't make up for the mediocre product. Overall, I would rate Blackdot.ca as average.
