👏 I recently had the opportunity to engage with SB Setec through their website sbsetec.com and their services were average 🤷‍♀️. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I felt that the overall experience was just "okay". The company's customer service was not exceptional, as it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry. Additionally, the range of products and services offered seemed limited. However, the company's attention to detail in the products they did offer was commendable. The quality of the product that I purchased was satisfactory, and I appreciate the professional packaging 📦. Overall, I would rate SB Setec as an average company. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service responsiveness and expanding their product offerings, but they do deliver on quality. 💼
