Nice people working there but there systems are horrible. UBS is supposed to work for me, bot the other way around. When I first had the account (5 years ago) I was notified via mail that I had to make a withdrawal to avoid tax penalties. I did that but still continued to receive notices in the mail on a weekly basis for at least a month. They acknowledged a system issue and said it was fixed. Since then I never hear anything and I have to call them each year to see if Inhave to make a withdrawal. Even worse they have to manually calculate the amount and constantly ask me to provide info that should be in their files. Not ask me to verify, but ask because they don't have the answer.
I am trying to liquidate some of my holdings and I'm getting conflicting info on that too.it's my money you don't have the right to block me from selling if I want to, your job is to ADVISE not hold my money hostage.
