I recently used a cleaning service from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and booking was convenient. However, I found the actual cleaning service to be average. The team arrived on time, but I noticed a few missed spots in the bathroom and kitchen. The cleaners were polite and professional, but I expected a more thorough job for the price I paid. The customer service was responsive when I reached out with my concerns, and they offered to send the team back to touch up the missed areas. Overall, it was an average experience. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see improvement in the quality of the cleaning.
