I recently used the services of this company for some corporate trust and fiduciary services. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed quite quickly. However, I was hoping for a more personalized experience and felt that the customer service could have been more attentive to my specific needs. The process felt a bit impersonal, and I reckon there's room for improvement in terms of client relations. The overall service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding but nothing terribly disappointing either.
