I recently used the services of this company for a community project, and I found the experience to be quite average. While the website provided some valuable information, I felt that the overall communication and customer service were lacking. The process of working with them was somewhat disorganized, and it took longer than expected to get things sorted out. However, I do appreciate their mission and the work they are doing in the community. I just think that there is room for improvement in terms of professionalism and efficiency. Overall, I would say that my experience with them was average, and I hope that they can make some positive changes in the future to better serve their customers.
