I recently ordered a custom sign from this company, and I have to say that the quality of the work was impressive. However, the communication and customer service left a lot to be desired. 🤔 It took quite a bit of back and forth before my order was completed, and there were some delays in the process. On the positive side, the final product was exactly what I wanted, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. If they could improve their communication and streamline the ordering process, it would make for a much better experience. Overall, I'd rate the company as average. They have great potential but need to work on their customer service.
