I recently bought a CNC control system for my workshop and it has been working well so far. The setup process was straightforward and the system is easy to use. However, I found the customer service to be less than satisfactory. It took multiple attempts and a significant amount of time to get a response to my queries. Despite this, the product itself is decent and meets my requirements.
