Impossible to get in contact with anyone who can help. Their phone lines either redirect you to their useless FAQ, or tell you there aren t any available customer service reps and hang up. You don t even have the option to hold for 2 hours, which I would gladly do to resolve my issues, as I m sure just about anyone in Florida would. Dismal and weak performance from our state government.
