I had an average experience with Positive Id INC. The quality of their products is decent, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of custom badges. However, my order took longer to arrive than expected and when I reached out to customer service for assistance, I didn't receive a timely response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
