I recently had the pleasure of booking a vacation with Tui Spain and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service was not up to par. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Tui Spain as average.
