I had a mixed experience with Peckadesign. While their website is visually appealing, their customer service was lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the communication often felt impersonal. However, the quality of their design work was excellent. I would recommend them for their design skills, but hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.
