😃 My experience with Brainz immersive was quite decent. The website was easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their offerings. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant time. However, I felt that the level of immersion could have been higher. The adventure felt a bit disconnected at times, and I would have loved to see more attention to detail in the overall experience. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable experience overall. 😃
