I have been a customer of Darag deutsche versicherungs- und rückversicherungs-ag for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they are not exceptional, they do get the job done. The claims process can be a bit slow at times, but their customer service representatives are helpful and do their best to resolve any issues. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance company.
