There were lots of problems with this visit. I was bounced from person to person. I got conflicting answers about my windshield. It was not ready the day of, had to keep loaner car overnight, which wasn't planned. The loaner car had cigarettes ashes in it that I had to clean out in order to try and remove the awful smell. My keys were lost, I got a call to open car with my remote........It was a mess!!!!

The manager called, he was honest and up front, offered apology without excuses.
